The situation for the Syrian children is highly critical. UNICEF does everything they can to help, but the needs are enormous. We deliver lifesavings supplies as clean water, food and shelter. We are also building safe zones for families with kids for them to have a place to process their traumatic experiences. There has now been almost 5 years with war in Syria and 2 million children are displaces outside the country. They have lost their homes, friends, schools and theirs teachers. UNICEF work intensely for the millions of children so they don’t lose their future too. Both in Syria and in the countries around we have a responsibility to create safe and harmless areas for the children. These areas are created for kids to feel safe and hope for the future. We want to give Syrian children the possibilities and tools to grow. One day, they are the people rebuilding their country.
